When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days. During major collection launches or sale periods, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be shipped from our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and organizational integrity, used or opened planners cannot be returned.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because our team works quickly to get your planners to you, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your shipping address and items before completing your purchase.

Are your planners dated or undated?
We offer a variety of both! Our Signature Daily and Weekly Planners are typically dated for the calendar year, while our specialized lifestyle planners (like Budget or Meal Planning) often come in undated formats so you can start anytime.
