HOW-TO:

Gently push the perforated side of your bookmark onto the spiral of your planner to mark today’s date. Then, simply lift the bookmark back off the spiral when you’re ready plan your day.

Sticky-Notes

Use the sticky-notes to pencil in tasks or events that may move around in your planner. Or, colour-code your planner to see your week at a glance! Try allocating a sticky-note colour to each area of your life. For example blue for work shifts, pink for meals, yellow for workouts... or any categories that work for you.
